Standard Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from are eligible for return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us and fill out the return application form.
  2. Place the item, in its 'like new' condition, along with the packing slip, back in its original packaging, including all parts.
  3. Reseal the packaging using shipping tape.
  4. If a return label is provided, print it and securely affix it to the packaging. If you are arranging the shipping yourself, follow the same procedure.
  5. Make arrangements with the corresponding carrier to have the item shipped.
  6. Once the return item is in transit, we will process your refund within 10 business days upon receipt.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, oversized items being returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Missing Parts

If your product is missing parts, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue to ensure you receive the necessary parts as soon as possible.

Damaged Order

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

If you purchased an EXIMUS® product through a certified retailer, please refer to their return policy for refunds or exchanges.
