This policy is applicable to orders shipped within the Continental United States. For customers outside this area, please contact us for further shipping details.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day (Monday).

We aim to ensure prompt fulfillment and timely delivery, but please note that unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons may impact the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the best option based on your needs and budget.

Transit, Handling & Cut-off Times

Express Shipping:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
  • Handling Time: 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Economy Shipping:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
  • Handling Time: 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Terms

We use trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver orders. If you require expedited shipping, you can select an express shipping option during checkout.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered shipping or transit days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking Number will be provided via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and stay informed about its expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Box Shipping:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical shipping address when placing your order to avoid delays.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only ship internationally to Canada and Mexico.

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@buyeximus.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you may cancel your order at any time. Please contact us immediately at info@buyeximus.com to request a cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend rejecting the package upon delivery and contacting us immediately. If the package was delivered without you being present, please email us at info@buyeximus.com so we can assist you with the next steps.

In the event of a lost package, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
